Sobre este áudio
Human conduct is fundamentally driven by motivation. It establishes the amount of work people do to reach their objectives, go over barriers, and persevere through difficulties. Motivation is essential for success and well-being in a variety of contexts, including the job, sports, education, and personal growth. Gaining knowledge of the science behind motivation helps us improve performance, stay consistent, and feel more satisfied with our lives overall. The two main categories of motivation are extrinsic and intrinsic. Personal fulfillment, curiosity, and the pleasure of an activity itself are the main sources of intrinsic motivation, which originates from inside an individual. A few instances include taking up a pastime, picking up a new talent, or working on creative projects only for their own sake. Increased levels of engagement, perseverance, and satisfaction are often linked to intrinsic motivation. Conversely, extrinsic motivation is impacted by outside forces like incentives, praise, or peer pressure.
