In with the good, out with the bad. At the four seasons, Jenna had first had them go to what is called a romantic retreat couples massage. First, they were put into a Jacuzzi. Anne had never been in one of these before, and she was amazed. It was very hot, and when they first stepped in, Anne gasped, pulling her toes back out.

They lowered the temperature, and raised it a little bit as they continued. There were cucumbers put over their eyes, and little pillows put behind their heads, so that they were comfortable as they laid back. They were both naked. There were bikinis or one piece there for them, if they chose, but Jenna told Anne that she preferred to be naked.

"It's a whole new experience. You feel totally free." There was soft music playing in the background, and Anne took a deep breath, and let it back out again.

"In with the good, out with the bad." Jenna said. "Huh?" Anne asked, having absolutely no idea what she was talking about.

"When you take deep breaths like that, it's in with the good. You are breathing in all of the good feelings, moods, and vibes. What out with the bad means is that you are blowing out all of the bad moods, spirits, and ideas that you have in your mind." Anne thought about this for a moment, before responding.
