Sinopse

Katie has been smitten with Menno Bontrager for years. She seeks out excuses to see him and talk with him. Menno has been a butcher for years, and his father before him, and his grandfather before that. When Katie begins to have qualms about butchering animals for meat, she keeps it to herself. But one day, she blurts it out.
Making things worse, Menno finds out Katie has been secretly seeing her shunned sister. Katie fears all is lost, but then Menno makes a surprising claim.
