While in the Everglades promoting both a fishing tournament and a concert to save the Everglades, country music icon Wally Norwood finds a dead body and a metric ton of pot and is immediately arrested for possession. Wally hires ex-DEA agent turned private investigator Sam Decker to clear his name and find out who framed him.
