I'm a dad of two special needs kids, a brother to someone had a wreck and sustained a traumatic brain injury, and I have lost a child. Believe me when I say, I understand why you're here.

Many of the people in this book had their own issues with stress, anxiety, and depression. I find that the best way to find relief from depression and anxiety is to gather context from the outside world. I used to wonder if I was the only person who felt this way. The more you read this book, the more you will understand that you are certainly not alone.
