Joining us in the Audible Studios to discuss his new book, China’s Great Wall of Debt, is former Wall Street Journal reporter and financial expert Dinny McMahon. Having spent 13 years in China as a journalist specialising in the banking and financial sector, McMahon has spent his career reporting on China’s economy.
He wrote his first book, China’s Great Wall of Debt, whilst a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC. Dinny McMahon talks to us about what his book reveals, how China’s economy is viewed globally and how he overcame the challenges of reporting in China.
