"A World Within”
Eve Gerkan, an engineering physicist, has a theory that atoms can be formed through the application of science and technology. However, many view her research as contradictory to long-held beliefs regarding the creation of the universe and its contents. Facing several roadblocks, Eve continues her efforts with an unapologetic and unflappable belief in her success—a success that, if achieved, would place her work alongside that of Newton, Einstein, and the other greats of scientific discovery.
John Nielson, a former colleague, joins Eve, assisting her with the testing protocols for her theory. However, the machine malfunctions, subjecting them to a series of powerful energy waves. Barely able to reach the safe room in time , they huddle together, waiting for it to end.
When the energy waves suddenly stop, a new puzzle presents itself.
It was an unintended consequence. An unexpected error led to an unbelievable discovery. In the scientific world, it was the holy grail of knowledge, on par with observing the beginning of creation. It was all there, within their hands. They observed, and they noted and they compared, right up to the moment when just watching lost its interest.
With Eve’s inventive genius: a virtual reality machine, they expand their exploration. However, dangerous encounters and harrowing close calls have challenged them. Eve is convinced these unfortunate incidents are nothing more than coincidence, while John is becoming convinced that the world is out to get him.
Join Eve and John as they navigate the wonders and perils of existence in a world that seems determined to challenge them at every turn.
