Leo lives in the basement of the Whippet Hotel, where his father works as a janitor. It's a strange place, full of eccentric guests, strange rooms, and even a gang of ducks. Leo loves exploring this wacky building, until the hotel's owner disappears. Once he's gone, the place begins to fall apart, and it's up to Leo to find what happened to Mr. Whippet and save his beloved home.
