The second hypnosis is 22 minutes long and is intended to help eliminate anxiety specifically during your flight. You may listen to this session the night before your flight and during the actual flight.
The fastest way to overcome any fear is to expose yourself to the feared experience. The more positive experiences you have while being exposed to your phobia, the more likely it is your fear will decrease until it is no longer an issue.
