Sinopse
Heather, a beautiful chambermaid in the Laird of Edinburgh’s castle, is married to an abusive man, Duff, whom she has grown to despise - a man who will not comfort her when their son becomes deathly sick.
Many men are attracted to Heather, including Alan, the Laird of Edinburgh, who gazes upon her beauty intently whenever he sees her. Alan plans to claim Heather as his own, but Heather rebuffs him, not wanting to be unfaithful to her husband, which only intensifies the Laird’s desire for her.
When Duff finds out the advances that Alan has made on Heather, his jealous wrath is unleashed on her. But when the plan goes awry, Duff’s jealous rage comes into play again, and the lives of both Heather and Alan are on the line.
