A bloody quick western

It was a pleasant unpleasant time. Nothing too long, straight to the point, a little whacky, and quite viceral. It was a nice find on Audible's catalogue.

This is splatter, so take this recommendation with a grain of salt. I was nauseous, with a heaviness on my chest all throughout the book. You need to be in the right mood to read/listen to this. This book portrays SA, murder, and racism the way they are: disgusting. It will hurt. It condemns it — and that certainly helps —, but depicts it, and that will disturb the reader regardless.

Performance was great, I cared for the characters, and the story kept up the tension.
