The MMCs are unbearable. They do terrible things to her for no reason, when everything could’ve been resolved if they had just listened. I’m usually very against the miscommunication trope, but this book takes it to another level. She spent DAYS being tortured and abused by them and didn’t say a word!? I’ve never seen an FMC with so little backbone. There wasn’t even a hint of groveling everything just starts and ends with sex.
