We spend a majority of our lives as survivors with no clue what we are actually surviving.
To protect us, our brains have frozen in time the incidents fueling our ability to be in denial. Author Kim O'Hara takes the listener through her eleven years of recovery and offers tools and tips to make different choices in living while looking at generational abuse, spirituality, inner child, taking back one's body, financial independence and romance.
