Sobre este título

A dark dystopian thriller set in 2029 Seattle, where the government has legalized "Suicide Inc." — a controversial corporation that pairs suicidal individuals with psychopathic killers in themed scenarios, marketed as both healthcare and crime prevention.

The story centers on Frank Aguilar, whose troubled 19-year-old son Alan — struggling with depression and his hidden sexuality — impulsively signs up for the service after a romantic betrayal. Despite Alan's desperate last-minute pleas for help (captured in a voicemail to his father), he's brutally killed by one of the company's "employees."

When Frank's legal battle against Suicide Inc. fails in court, he teams up with his friend Danny, an Iraq War veteran who discovers his own uncle was also a victim of the service. The two embark on a violent revenge mission, infiltrating the company's facilities to eliminate the killers and executives responsible.

The narrative explores themes of institutional failure, the exploitation of vulnerable people, vigilante justice versus legal recourse, and the societal normalization of violence. It examines how grief and systemic injustice can drive ordinary people to extreme actions, while questioning the ethics of commodifying human suffering.

The story culminates in Frank's imprisonment and a media interview that inspires others to continue his violent crusade, suggesting cycles of retribution that extend beyond individual acts of revenge.

Note: This work contains graphic violence, disturbing themes around suicide, and dark subject matter throughout.
