I marathoned it in two days—actually three, for I was trying to savour it longer! The narrative is so engaging; its levels of dystopia seem around the corner of our reality. Fun fact: the story starts in 2024! The reading performance astonished me. She found the perfect tone for a lot of heavy stuff! I am now eager to start the ‘parable of the talents’ but might as well need some time to digest this one :)

há tempos que eu não era tragado para dentro de uma narrativa de maneira tão envolvente... é um livro pesado, para quem tem estômago (super empáticos, cuidado!), mas muito bem escrito e executado... quero ouvir mais obras dessa autora e da narradora!
