This short book is for parents coping with a pandemic. It's a quick reminder that this pandemic is temporary, and importantly, that our kids are going to be okay. Even if it doesn't always feel like it. The book is meditative in nature, filled with white space.
Inspired by mindfulness, it's meant to be picked up when you're stressed about the current state of the world, taking a minute or two to focus only on words and your breathing. It pairs nicely with a cup of tea, but it's brief enough that you'll finish the book before the tea!
