Sobre este título

He was a Hero. Now he's not. He'll stop at nothing to rise to the top again.

Max was murdered, but now he is mostly over it. Living on earth as a recent college graduate, he can still perfectly recall his past life on the fantasy world of Albion before that. He'd been hailed as the "Hero of the World" after crawling his way up from poverty, eventually enjoying great fame and luxury.

But on mana-starved Earth, he's just a guy.

However, when Earth is suddenly attacked, changing the natural laws of the world and threatening all life on the planet, Max will get a new opportunity to regain some of his lost power...and then some. He discovers an entire system of multi-dimensional colleges created for those gifted with a Path.

The universe is much larger than Max had even known ever during his first life. Max is not the Hero of Albion anymore, but the drive to excel is still part of his nature. And the more power he has, the easier it should be to save his world.

...Right?

I’ve listened to a few of LitRPGs, and Past Life Hero really stands out. The world-building is top-tier, the author managed to create a universe that feels huge and actually makes sense, with a lot of little great details. The characters are also awesome; they feel like real people with actual depth, which isn't always easy to find in this genre.

And we have to talk about John Skelley’s narration. The guy is a beast! He gives every single character their own distinct voice and personality, making it so easy to follow who’s talking. He really brings the story to life and makes the action scenes feel intense.

If you’re looking for your next audiobook, this is it. Highly recommended!
