This book it’s terrible, don’t waste your time.

1. First of all, the book it’s all over the place: the author give us some REALLY good reasons to hate her ex, ‘cause he was so so so bad to the FMC, but forget about that for the rest of the book - out of the sudden everything he did was redeemable. They let this ex become the victim of the story as if it wasn’t his action that caused the separation in the first place.

2. Then, there was a backstory about the mom dying that it wasn’t explained at the length and almost the end of the book they bring the whole plot of the death of the mom that it wasn’t a really good part of the book.

3. I SWEAR, Elio it’s the most coward person I’ve ever seen been written. He does so many awful things to the FMC and not even ONE of those times he has the courage to own up to his actions and ACTUALLY say what he meant, just does the silence treatment, and doesn’t do ANYYYYYTHING to repair the damage it caused. He’s not trust worthy, doesn’t evolve, doesn’t see the wrong doing he’s making. You would think that after so many bad qualities it would be over, but NOOO, this man is also the most deft person in history- the FMC EXPLAINS (at least 5 times) that she doesn’t want her ex, aka his son, because of all those god awful reasons and he just decides that she should be with him and leaves. If I could, I would have smacked this man until the next life.

4. And the FMC could make begging a profession by the amount of times she went begging for this man to take action, to apologize, to do something to show that he cares, just for him to leave her again and again and again. She needs to find her backbone because by this time must be in hell. She never prioritize herself and the main male character walks all over her cause she let him.
