Based on the hit YouTube channel StEvEn and Parker, overly imaginative and dino obsessed StEvEn gets into a series of hilarious hijinks at the Orange County Fair and at school, pulling along his responsible older brother Parker for the ride.

But a chance encounter with Tatum, a lost Dino plushie, leads to misadventures with Parker, and at school as Steven desperately tries to run out the clock before Tatum’s real owner comes for him!
