Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about her first book, The Familiars, is Deputy Chief Sub-Editor of Fabulous magazine, Stacey Halls.
After studying Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire, Stacey worked as an assistant editor at We Love This Book magazine and a media editor at the Bookseller magazine, as well as writing for Psychologies, The Independent, and Fabulous magazine, where she is now Deputy Chief Sub-Editor. Alongside editorial work, Stacey has written her first novel, an exciting historical fiction set within the drama of the 1612 Pendle witch trials.
Stacey Halls talks to us today about her interest in the historic witch trials, her book, The Familiars, and the magic of storytelling.
