Sinopse

On a sunny afternoon in Los Angeles, Lori Kimball races home from her boring job, trying to break her personal best time. In a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel, a Sumarian diplomat, Gozan Remari, and his nephew, Khezir Mazul, rape and torture a mother and daughter. Jack Morgan, owner of the elite security firm, Private Investigations, calls police after getting a tip about Remari and Mazul. Los Angeles police captain, Luke Warren, and his team rescue the women and arrest the men.
At home, Morgan finds Justine Smith, a psychologist who is one of his top investigators, in the pool. They have a stormy romantic history, including the death of a girl....
