Muito bom esse livro. O coach Bellichick fala muitas coisas que valem tanto para o futebol americano quanto para a vida (pessoal e profissional). Muitas histórias interessantes, lições aprendidas através de erros e de inexperiências, e insights muito bons sobre a NFL, a filosofia de 'do your job' e liderança de homens, que ele define em 3 passos: 'time', 'colega' e 'você'.

Gostei bastante, como fã aficcionado de NFL (mesmo não torcendo para os NE Patriots) e sendo admirador do trabalho dele, tanto nos NY Giants como coordenador defensivo, e como head coach/general manager de fato dos NE Patriots. Além disso, várias coisas que ele fala valem para a vida. Sou psicólogo de ofício e utilizo muitas coisas que ele fala no meu consultório, para que eu consiga inspirar mudanças positivas nos meus pacientes - 'do your job' e acredite no bem que isso pode gerar, para você e aqueles ao seu redor.

Leitura/Escuta obrigatória para fãs de futebol americano e de esportes no geral, sendo você torcedor dos NE Patriots, somente fã ou admirador dele, ou só curioso pelo assunto. Vale muito a pena.
