This is one of the best workouts I have developed for mud runs, Spartan races, warrior dashes, tough mudders, and zombie races. Unlike a flat-road race, these races consists of walls, crawling, jumping, pressing, falling, rolling, and all others types of rare human movements that we do not use on a daily basis. Running daily will not help you gain the required physical abilities to get a top position in one of these particular races. You must take into account three different human capabilities and base workouts around them, which are explained in this article. With a total of seven of the best training workouts, you'll be ready for one of these types of races in no time!
