A história em si é bem interessante, mas o desenvolvimento é fraco. As personagens tomam atitudes que só se justificam para que a história se sustente, e fiquei com raiva delas rs. Não adorei a narração também, mas dá pra ouvir.

The plot felt like a cheap knock-off of Misery by Stephen King, without any of the tension, depth, or character development that made Misery a classic.
The premise—being trapped and at the mercy of someone unhinged—has been done before, but here it feels recycled and stripped of originality. The characters are paper-thin, their motivations forced, and the dialogue often bordered on cringeworthy. The suspense, which should be the backbone of a thriller like this, fell flat. Instead of feeling anxious for the protagonist, I found myself rolling my eyes at the predictable twists and implausible scenarios.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one felt necessary. If you’re looking for a gripping, original psychological thriller, I’d recommend skipping The Crash and picking up something else.

Livro previsível, escrita repetitiva e cansativa. Não tem um enredo que te deixa engajado, personagens complexos mas mal elaborados. Não recomendo.

A história em si não tem nada de extraordinário, nem um plot impossível de adivinhar, mas a Freida cria personagens ótimos, amei todos e adorei o final.
Narração impecável e a escrita bem fluída e simples pra quem tá começando a ouvir ou ler em inglês.
