The concept of Kingdom advancement and dominion lies at the heart of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, serving as a framework for understanding divine authority, human responsibility, and the unfolding of history. While these monotheistic faiths share a belief in God's sovereignty and the ultimate establishment of divine rule, their interpretations of what it means to advance this Kingdom and exercise dominion vary significantly.
In Christianity, particularly within the tradition of Christendom, Kingdom advancement is often understood as the spiritual expansion of God's (Yahweh’s) rule through the spread of the gospel, discipleship, and the transformation of individual lives and societies. It emphasizes a Kingdom "not of this world" while also engaging in the present to reflect God's (Yahweh’s) justice, love, and mercy.
