The Magical Meal is a short story about a grumpy old innkeeper named Kaymos, who lives with his loving daughter, Hadley, and sweet granddaughter, Lila. Kaymos’ heart has become hardened with age, and it saddens Hadley and Lila.

Hadley and Lila decide something must be done! They cook up a delicious meal for Kaymos, with some special secret ingredients that produce some surprising and magical effects.
