The runner’s high: Every athlete has heard of it, most seem to believe in it and many say they have experienced it. But for years scientists have reserved judgment because no rigorous test confirmed its existence. This article does contain some studies that have proven that there is such thing as the runner's high. This article contains medically cited references and advice from myself who is a licensed certified personal trainer. I am certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have re-certified successfully for over 3 years as of today. My certification number is 45582 as a Certified Personal Trainer. I have passion in health and make it a part of my discipline to workout and learn new fitness trends everyday.
