A killer stalks the streets of Belton. Targeting young kids, their bodies found mutilated, the actions of a savage. The task force hunting him have no clues, no witnesses, nothing. Jeff and Clive, head of the task force, now need to find not one but two monsters causing widespread panic in the small village. And yet, as Jeff comes to suspect, in their own way, sometimes they are all monsters.
