WHAT’S ON THE END OF YOUR FORK! … A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF DIABETES AND HOW TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE IT ALTOGETHER!
By Christpoher Moss
INTRODUCTION: “My personal Journey with diabetes and heart disease”.
Hello and thank you for ordering my book regarding diabetes, this book will give you some amazing information about this blood issue that you and I had at one time and how to defeat it just like I did.
At the end, I will share with you a personal recipe that I use on a daily basis, that helped me attain this goal of putting my diabetes at bay forever!
Why am I writing this book? … On June 27th, 2025, we purchased another investment property located in Sugarloaf California, just next to Big Bear, that same day, we drove by the property to take a peek, enjoyed some ice cream in Big Bear City and then drove down hill to go home. On June 30th, 2025 (Just closed an office in Upland California because I officially retired), most of the office furniture and misc. items were sold to some friends of mine, and I tool three desks, and four heavy credenzas home to setup a home office. Once the delivery people left. I decided to push one of those heavy credenzas upstairs (two flights of stairs), to a bedroom suite so it could be utilized, as I got to the bedroom and got the credenza in place, I felt this burning sensation in the middle of my chest, like a bad heartburn, no pain, just a heavy burning, the back of my neck was all sweaty, and I was short of breath, I told my girlfriend (Cathy), that I was a little tired and that I was going to laydown on the bed for a minute as I caught my breath.
Five minutes go by and I felt good again, that same night, I took out the trash cans for the weekly disposal company, after the third can (almost nothing in them), I felt winded again, I went inside and told Cathy that I thought we should go to the Kaiser Hospital near us to see what was going on.
