Sobre este áudio
Have you ever thought or wondered why you have allergies and other people don't?
Meet Aga Kim Galena: is a UK-qualified nurse and a family constellation facilitator according to Bert's Hellinger method. She is a biodynamic craniosacral bodyworker, helping to release trauma stored directly within the body. She is skilled at facilitating guided meditations and visualizations.
Aga is a published author of several books, like “TRAUMA, ALLERGIES & ALLERGIC DISEASES” plus a series of children’s books “Sneezy”.
Serious health problems of her child led her to embark on a search for the origins of her trauma and its possible links with her daughter's conditions. Aga shares her research on trauma and psychosomatics, recommending somatic work to address trauma. She talks about her own experiences with allergies and how they've shifted over time.
Listen into her sweetness, vulnerability and the weight that she reflects upon her own journey.
