Part 2 of my 5-1/2 set at BUNKER in DC on July 12th, 2025, is ready for your listening pleasure!

This set seriously went off - mama was laying all sorts of acapellas and sick tracks all over each other all night long.. the second half kicks off with Stephen and I's remix of “Get Your Flowers” for Sapphira Cristal…later on, the last 75-minutes of the night goes completely off the hook! I could not have asked for a better crowd this night, so thank you again to the BUNKER team. I hope you enjoy this high-energy ride!

It's been a hot boy summer and there was certainly no exception last month at BUNKER in DC for its BURNING UP Disco Party! I always love playing for my friends at BUNKER and I had so much fun putting this set together - I think there are at least 5 different tracks in here sampling "Love Sensation"! (so see if you can find 'em all!.... plus, there's "Burning Up" tracks from Cevin Fisher, Kylie Minogue... if that burning sensation is involved, you're gonna hear it here!)... this set is a 5-1/2 journey, with things moving from warm-up into high-energy party mode at around the 75-min mark. The "hot stuff" from Part 2 will be coming next week!

"I want to show you what I'm capable of..." - Camisra

This night demonstrates a very different side of me... it's pretty rare that I play a peak hour tech house set and I'm thrilled with how this one turned out. You're either gonna think it's the best set I've ever played... or just feel that it's not what you expected from me. Either way... I'm super proud of it. Put it on at the afties (lock the doors, lower the blinds, fire up the smoke machine... you know the drill!)...and go to work.

Despite the thunderstorm at the start of the night, the crowd in Provincetown turned out strong on the night before the 4th of July. A major thanks to Steve Azar, Mike Akerman, and Matt Acevedo for taking such good care of me and welcoming me to Gifford House & Purgatory for the first time! Chris Cruse was a hard act to follow from the night before, but I hope I did the town proper.

Get ready for Part 2 of my set from The Cuff on June 29th at Seattle Pride. This is the back half of my closing set on Sunday night with the most wonderful crowd a DJ could ask for. I pulled out my remix of "Brave" by Sara Bareilles, which I haven't played in 8 years. And I took a bit of a risk by ending the night with the full 1998 Extended Pride Remix by Junior Vasquez of Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" - this remix has meant so much to me over the years, but I've never played it live. With Cyndi's farewell tour happening this summer, it felt like the right moment.

The remix starts out high energy before slowing down tempo and dropping into the original song, before building back up again to its crazed crescendo... it gives folks that romantic moment at the end of the night to slow dance and reflect on what Pride might mean to them. It's a moment that always resonated powerfully with me when I heard this track on many NYC Pride weekends and I wanted to share this moment - a part of Junior's legacy (the set also features his "Rocketman" Arena anthem) - with a new generation. And then, of course, the set ends with the ending track of all ending tracks... as the last dance of the night.

It's been a whirlwind past few weeks and I'm finally getting around to posting some of my sets! Things kicked off for me back on June 29th at The Cuff for Seattle Pride. I played the closing set on Sunday night and the crowd could not have been more amazing! Thank you so much to the amazing Cuff staff (especially Alfonso Tan, who organized all of this year's incredible talent!), as well as all of the other incredible DJs on this year's lineup. It's always the biggest honor to play in my home town, especially on Pride weekend.

Hey y’all! It’s almost summertime, and although things may feel tough in the world right now, music is always there to get us through the hard times.

I had a lot of fun whipping up this May ‘cast, which features a few of my recent private edits, along with Stephen and me’s remix of “Get Your Flowers,” from “Drag Race” star Sapphira Crystal, which is releasing later this month! We went in a fun, high-energy “Purple Disco” direction with this one, and it’s been crushing it on dance floors recently!
