Today on Pathways, we’re joined by someone whose journey bridges innovation, food systems, and climate-smart agriculture. From grassroots training initiatives in Nigeria to shaping conversations on policy and sustainability, Enéyì Shalom Oshi is an entrepreneur and thought leader working at the forefront of agricultural transformation.

Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder of Agrisiti, Enéyì is leading efforts to reimagine urban food systems through AI, circular economy models, and smart technologies. A Mastercard Foundation Scholar, she recently completed her Master’s in Food Security with distinction at the University of Edinburgh and SRUC, building on a First Class degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Port Harcourt.

From training over 4,000 young people in climate-smart farming practices to contributing to farmer engagement and biodiversity policy discussions in Scotland, her work reflects a strong commitment to both innovation and community impact.

In this conversation, we explore what shaped her cross-continental journey, how she navigates the intersection of technology, policy, and agriculture, and what it means to build resilient and future-oriented food systems today.
