Sobre este áudio
In this episode, I am joined by Steph from Finding Flow State. Steph is a self-sabotage and perfectionism coach who helps high achievers get out of their own way, stop procrastinating and start taking messy action.
Together, we explore the underlying causes of self-sabotage, what keeps us stuck in procrastination, and why it's so difficult to get out of. We talk about things like sabotaging relationships, inability to move forward with creative tasks, binge eating, and what to do when that inner critic gets too loud.
We also share practical tips and strategies on how to break free from these patterns, how to figure out what you really want in life, and what you can do to finally step fully into your true authentic self.
