Today Ryan and Guest Host Dave Claxon talk with Juls Tower, extreme athlete, skydiver, and ORM UltraVirus competitor who got into OCR in 2013 with a Warrior Dash. When she first started she hated running, and now she is a Ultra Marathon runner. Juls took 1st for women and 3rd overall the UltraVirus 3 with 55 miles.

Juls Auto Bio:

Married young to an amazing man we have 2 children, daughter now 24, son 22. Sadly we lost him 8 years ago to a surgery complication. That started me into OCR, it gave me passion and reason to love life again!! Kids are my world, and they are amazing. Son starting his masters in physics, daughter has BA, getting married in feb and may be going back to Korea to teach for a couple years, she already taught there for a year and loved it. My kids support and are proud, However, either one doesn’t get OCR and think I’m nuts 😂.

I have one sibling an older brother in Ottawa who is a teacher, he loves what I do, also thinks I'm nuts. Our parents unfortunately both died quite young cancer n heart failure 8 years apart. Once again brings me to why I do OCR, for the love of life, to stay fit and enjoy every minute, because we just don’t know.

I worked in physio as a Kin for 11years, loved it, however 2 years ago an opportunity came up for me to work at the Lexus plant, I could not turn down the money. I have been there for last 2 years now. Guess that wasn’t really a quick bio😂
