The House Settlement seems like it's on the doorstep of finally getting approved. An interesting wrinkle is that it's not solely about changes to NIL, but also a new entity called the College Sports Commission that will be in charge of enforcement and handing out punishments. Will we *FINALLY* see an entity associated with college athletics be able to hold coaches, athletes, and school accountable? Also, it appears that the CSC will look to severely crack down on the pay for play portion of NIL, will it work? With the NBA Draft Combine in the rearview, players are starting to make decisions to return to school, including the national champs getting back part of their frontcourt.
