The way to say “I know” is:

Ich weiß.

Again: I know.

Where is it? I don’t know.

Wo ist es? Ich weiß nicht.

Can you come?

Kannst du kommen?

Kannst du kommen? Ich weiß nicht.

Was es ist.

I know what it is.

Ich weiß, was es ist.

I don’t know what it is.

Ich weiß nicht, was es ist.

Ich habe Zeit.

The way to say: “you know” is:

Du weißt.

To make the question: “do you know?” We just invert it.

Weisst du?

Let’s repeat: Do you know?

Weißt du?

Do you know where it is?

Weißt du, wo es ist?

Do you know what you’re doing?

Weißt du, was du machst?

I don’t know when.

Ich weiß nicht, wann.

I have to work.

Ich muss arbeiten.
