  • Day 228 with St. Faustina's Diary
    Aug 16 2022

Today's readings are from Notebook 3, numbers 1100-1105.

    So, another hundred numbers down!

We will talk about sacrifice and suffering which is a common theme in Sister Faustina's Diary. It's a topic that has to be talked about when speaking about love. You cannot have true, authentic love without sacrifice and suffering. Too often we think that real love will be devoid of these things but it's exactly the opposite.

  • Day 229 with St. Faustina's Diary
    Aug 17 2022

Today's readings are from Notebook 3, numbers 1106-1109.

We all understand the concept of "if you love someone set them free and if they come back to you they really love you." We understand that in order for someone to truly love, they have to be free to make the choice to be with us. However, when it comes to God, we have a very hard time understanding the free will concept. People actually think God is mean for not creating us in such a way that we never choose evil. But, because God loves us, He gave us free will.

    Aug 18 2022

Today's readings are from Notebook 3, numbers 1100-1114.

There's nothing too earthly-shattering today in our readings. But, we will be talking about Mary, as Sister Faustina talks about her in the last part of our readings. You can never talk enough about our Mother Mary and I thought we would go into some of the doctrines that deal with her.
