This lost phone is said to contain potentially damaging, biased, and "appalling conversations" with other law enforcement officers, including explicit, non-consensual images of women. The Commonwealth has the data, but Proctor is objecting to its release. An attorney-client privileged email from Karen Read was accidentally sent to the opposing counsel via a "reply all." We cover the arguments on both sides: Read's team is moving to have the email destroyed, claiming inadvertent disclosure, while the O'Keefe's counsel argues the privilege was waived and they are entitled to use it for impeachment.
