• Ep 69 Timing #EntrepreneurialTip #EmpoweredLife #PalumboPrinciple
    Apr 28 2026
Welcome, everyone, to the 68th episode of Professor P's Podcast. This week, I am bringing an entrepreneurial tip, and you always know I cross over into the empowered life and make it a Palumbo principle, too. The topic for this episode is the TIMING #entrepreneurialtip #empoweredlife #palumboprinciple In this Entrepreneurial Tip, I’m talking about something that I believe quietly shapes so much of our success, our fulfillment, and even our peace…Timing. So many of us are taught that if we have a good idea, work hard, and stay consistent, things will happen. And while all of that matters, there’s another layer that often gets overlooked—and that’s understanding the role timing plays in both business and life. I’ve seen it over and over again. You can have the right idea… at the wrong time… and it won’t land. That doesn’t mean the idea isn’t good. It means it’s not time. In business, timing impacts everything—when you launch, when you speak, when you pivot, when you hold. Releasing something too early can mean the market isn’t ready. Releasing too late can mean the moment has passed. There’s a window to things, and learning to recognize that window is a skill. But this goes far beyond business. There is a rhythm to life. There are seasons we move through. And when we are out of alignment with timing, we feel it. We start forcing things, rushing things, or holding on longer than we should. And I’ve had to learn this myself. There have been moments where I’ve pushed, thinking effort alone would make something happen. And there have been moments where I hesitated, when it actually was time to move. Both come with consequences. So here’s the principle I want you to sit with: Timing is not something we control… it’s something we learn to discern. When we try to control timing, we move from pressure. When we learn to discern timing, we move with wisdom. Now let me take this deeper… Because there’s a difference between good timing and divine timing. Good timing is strategic. Divine timing is sovereign. And this is where I go back to Genesis 18, where God revisits a promise and says: “At the appointed time, I will return…” That phrase—appointed time—is everything. It means there are things in our lives that are not random. They are set. They are established. They are known by God before we ever see them. And yet, we live in a world that tells us to hustle, to force, to make things happen on our own timeline. But God operates differently. He operates on appointment. Which means we don’t create divine timing—we come into alignment with it. And even when I think about this from a quantum and metaphysical perspective, it still aligns. Things exist in potential before they ever manifest in reality. But potential doesn’t become reality until it meets the right moment. That moment… is timing. That moment… is alignment. That moment… is appointment. So when something hasn’t happened yet, it doesn’t always mean it’s not coming. It may mean it hasn’t reached its appointed time. And that connects directly to my last episode—Closer Than You Think. Because if something has an appointed time… then yes, you may be closer than you think. Closer than your emotions can perceive. Closer than your circumstances suggest. So instead of asking, “Why isn’t this happening yet?” I’ve started asking a different question: “Is it time?” And then I listen. Because timing requires awareness and trust. Awareness to recognize the season I’m in. And trust to either move… or wait. And both take faith. It takes faith to step forward when it’s time. And it takes just as much faith to stay still when it’s not. So if you take anything from this, let it be this: Don’t rush what isn’t ready. And don’t miss what is. Because your success, your fulfillment, your next level… It’s not just about what you do. It’s about when you do it. And even deeper… It’s about discerning when something is appointed for your life. Because what God has set for you… Will not miss you. But you do have to be aligned to receive it. • Ep 67 You Are Closer Than You Think #Elixir
    Apr 14 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 67th episode of Professor P's Podcast. I am coming with another dose of Elixir, that energetic fire that I love to bring to you all. My topic is you are CLOSER than you THINK #exlixir

Have you ever believed in something for so long that you started to quietly believe it might not happen? Not because you don’t have faith, but because time has passed, life has happened, and it just feels… far away. I get it. I’ve been there too. But what if the very thing you’re believing for isn’t far at all? What if you’re actually standing closer to it than you realize?

In this episode, I walk through a powerful moment in the Book of Genesis. Specifically, chapter 18. Where a promise that seemed impossible was actually right at the edge of fulfillment. It didn’t look like it. It didn’t feel like it. But it was.

This conversation is about shifting your perspective:

    • Delay is not denial.
    • Silence is not absence.
    • Waiting is not wasting.

I’m also challenging you to take a real look at the quiet thoughts you’ve been carrying… the ones that may be telling you “it’s too late” or “maybe it’s not for me.”

Because the truth is, if God spoke it, it’s still in motion. And before you give up, pull back, or stop believing… I need you to consider this: You might be closer than you think.

  • Ep 66 The Infinite Game #entrepreneurialtip #empoweredlife #palumboprinciple
    Mar 31 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 66th episode of Professor P's Podcast. This week, I am bringing an entrepreneurial tip, and you always know I cross over into the empowered life and make it a Palumbo principle, too. The topic for this episode is the INFINITE game #entrepreneurialtip #empoweredlife #palumboprinciple

In this episode, I explore the concept of the infinite game and what it means for both life and business. So often, we measure ourselves by timelines, titles, and milestones, thinking we need to “win” or be number one. But the truth is, life is not a finite game with a clear finish line. It’s an ongoing journey where the goal is to keep building, growing, and staying in the game. I break down five key principles that shape infinite thinking, including having a greater cause, building trust, learning from others, adapting when needed, and having the courage to keep going.

I also challenge you to rethink where you may feel behind and consider the possibility that you are not losing. You are simply in the middle of your story. Through reflection, I remind you that success is not about quick wins, but about consistency and legacy. My encouragement is simple: stay committed, trust the process, and focus on building something that will outlast you.

Jump into today’s episode and be ready for some fire, dropping of knowledge, and you know I always have homework, the good kind.

  • Ep 65 The Truth Table - Compound Grief #truthbetold
    Mar 17 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 65th episode of Professor P's Podcast. In this episode, I bring listeners to what I call the TRUTH TABLE. After nearly four years of consistent episodes, I recorded a podcast that simply didn’t feel right and chose not to release it. That moment made me pause and take an honest look at what has really been happening in my life. I realized I have been carrying compound grief, multiple layers of loss and change happening at once. Moving away from the home I lived in for 26 years, losing my father, leaving a long-time church community, and the painful realization that someone I trusted spiritually was not who I believed them to be, have all impacted many areas of my life at the same time.

In this episode, I share what it means to keep showing up even when life feels heavy. I talk about how success is not a secret but a system, and how sometimes even the best systems require grace when we are in difficult seasons. Through faith, honesty, and reflection, I remind listeners that strength and vulnerability can exist at the same time. Life isn’t about maintaining perfect streaks. It’s about staying in the game. My encouragement to you is simple: take care of yourself, give yourself grace, and remember that seasons change, even the hard ones.

  • Ep 64 Identity, The Energetic Blueprint #elixir
    Feb 17 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 64th episode of Professor P's Podcast. I am coming with another dose of Elixir, that energetic fire. My topic is IDENTITY, The Energetic Blueprint #exlixir

In this episode, I talk about identity and why it sits at the root of empowerment. A lot of people are living inside identities they didn’t consciously choose. Roles get inherited, expectations get absorbed, labels stick, and survival strategies slowly turn into personality. Over time, those adaptations start to feel like the truth. Identity isn’t just personality; it’s an energetic blueprint. It shapes what feels possible, what feels safe, what feels deserved, and what gets tolerated. If empowerment is the goal, identity has to be examined honestly.

Identity forms in layers. Some of it comes from biology, some from the environment, and some from the spiritual core that existed before the world started naming things. The issue isn’t that identity forms. It’s that most people never pause to question it. A powerful shift happens when the question becomes: is this who I truly am, or who I learned to be in order to survive? That distinction opens the door to real transformation. It separates essence from conditioning.

There’s a difference between false identity and true identity. False identity is built around protection and performance. It ties worth to approval and mistakes to character. True identity is rooted in intention and design. Through faith, identity becomes something uncovered rather than earned. Mistakes stop being definitions and start becoming experiences. Approval stops being oxygen and becomes optional. That shift stabilizes the inner world.

Signs of an unhealthy identity show up as comparison, people-pleasing, validation chasing, and constant self-doubt. Those aren’t personality flaws; they’re fractures. And fractures can heal. Identity strengthens through small acts of integrity. Keeping promises, setting boundaries, choosing alignment over approval, and allowing stillness instead of constant performance. Each honest action reinforces who is actually present underneath the noise.

The episode closes with a reminder that identity isn’t invented; it’s revealed. Empowerment is the courage to live from the truest version instead of the safest version. The homework is simple: write down the labels that were given, then write down the identity that feels true beneath them. The space between those two lists is where growth lives. Identity doesn’t need force. It needs honesty. And honesty is where empowerment begins.

  • Ep 63 Entrepreneurial Growth Strategies (That Also Grow You) #entrepreneurialtip #empoweredlife #palumboprinciple
    Feb 3 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 63rd episode of Professor P's Podcast. This week, I am bringing an entrepreneurial tip, and you always know I cross over into the empowered life and make it a Palumbo principle, too. The topic for this episode is Entrepreneurial GROWTH Strategies (That Also GROW You) #entrepreneurialtip #empoweredlife #palumboprinciple

In this episode, I talk about growth, but not just business growth, personal growth, identity growth, and the capacity we build to hold bigger lives. I share that growth starts with honest measurement. I have to be willing to look at what’s actually happening in my habits, my patterns, and my decisions instead of hiding behind the idea of being “busy.” Awareness is where growth begins. From there, I talk about consistency. Real growth isn’t dramatic. It’s small daily actions repeated long enough to compound. The boring reps are what change everything.

I also reflect on feedback and how uncomfortable it can be. Growth requires me to separate my identity from my performance. I’m not my last result. I’m the learner inside the process. Every outcome is information, and if I’m strong enough to use it, feedback becomes fuel instead of a wound. I connect that to expanding capacity. Opportunity means nothing if I don’t have the emotional and mental space to hold it. Growth asks me to regulate my reactions, strengthen my communication, and build tolerance for discomfort. Capacity is the real growth strategy.

A big part of this episode is pruning. I talk about how growth isn’t just about adding more. It’s about removing what drains energy without producing purpose. Boundaries, endings, and letting go are part of expansion. And then I go deeper into identity. My capacity to grow is built into who I am. What I can hold is connected to how I identify. For a long time, I felt like an anomaly, like I never fit. I eventually realized that not fitting wasn’t a flaw. It was design. Some of us are built to stand out because we’re built to carry more. The pressure I’ve experienced wasn’t punishment; it was preparation.

I close by reminding you that growth is a rhythm, not an event. It’s a daily decision to measure honestly, act consistently, use feedback, expand capacity, prune what no longer fits, and step fully into identity. When I stop trying to shrink myself and start asking what I was built to hold, growth becomes less about chasing success and more about becoming the person who can sustain it.

  • Ep 62 The Power of Intentions and The Keys to Master Them #metaphysics
    Jan 20 2026

Welcome, everyone, to the 62nd episode of Professor P's Podcast. And the launch of the Spring 2026 semester. I am coming with another dose of Elixir, that energetic fire that I love to bring to you all. Our topic is The POWER of INENTIONS and the KEYS to MASTER Them. #metaphysics

I want to begin by saying thank you to everyone who continues to listen, share, and support this podcast. This summer will mark four years of podcasting for me, and I don’t take this space lightly. I’m grateful to be able to pour into others with encouragement, wisdom, and truth.

In my first-quarter newsletter, I began a conversation around intentions and shared that I would continue it here. By the way, if you would like to be added to my email list to receive my quarterly newsletter, my email is below this transcript; just send me a message.

Intention is more than a wish or a goal. It’s an aim, a direction, and even a process of healing. When we approach intention through faith, it becomes a spiritual discipline and a partnership with God. Faith isn’t blind, and it isn’t disconnected from responsibility. It invites us to show up intentionally while trusting God with the outcome.

We were made in the image of the Creator, which means we are designed to build, create, and participate in what unfolds. Our thoughts, our words, and our actions matter. Scripture reminds us that what we sow bears fruit, and intention helps us stay aligned as we plant with care and integrity.

Mastering intention requires a few key practices: clarity about what we desire, action that aligns with our faith, gentle time frames that help us stay focused, surrender of outcomes, and gratitude throughout the process. Not everything unfolds the way we imagine, but faith allows us to trust that God delivers the vision, or something even better.

As you move through this week, I invite you to write a few intentions for your life, take small aligned steps, and practice gratitude along the way.

  • Ep 61 Guest Speaker Sara Rosales; From Humble Beginnings to Building Your Empire. The Power of Belief! #entrepreneurspotlight
    Dec 9 2025

Welcome everyone to the 61st episode of Professor P's Podcast and the finale Fall 2025 Semester episode. I am bringing you another GUEST SPEAKER, Sara Rosales, with Mujerex Enterprise LLC. Our theme is from humble beginnings to building your empire. The POWER of BELIEF! #entrepreneurspotlight

Sara Rosales is the Founder and CEO of Mujerex Enterprise LLC. She is a proud Latina, born and raised in Oceanside, California. She came from humble beginnings where there was no exposure, resources, or opportunities for entrepreneurship. But from an early age, she knew the cultural power of collective community support. In 2020, she had the vision to create a company that would invest in, encourage, support, and lift her community by empowering other women and minority business owners and entrepreneurs with the tools used by large corporations to succeed in the business arena. Having managed legal corporate compliance for companies with assets of over 5 million dollars, she learned that large corporations are winning because they play by a different set of rules, and she believes all business owners deserve a piece of the pie!

Her mission is simple! To elevate women and minority business owners to the next level of their business through empowerment, education, and creating a supportive community. She seeks to provide like-minded business owners with the resources, support, and information to make strategic business decisions and invest back in their communities.

In 2011, Sara Rosales graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Legal Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Her dream is to pay it forward, one small business at a time.
