    Amanda Gazidis. I am an activist outspoken local resident living in Glastonbury, Somerset. I consider myself a 'grassroots campaigner'. I was born in South Africa to Greek parents and grew up in Manchester. My father was a politician and anti-apartheid activist.Some of my interests include Art, Poetry, Event organising and Nikola Tesla. I have a You Tube channel called 'Amanda Ambles where I amble and ramble about a range of topics. I have been leading the campaign to Stop World Heritage Status in Glastonbury since last October. The petition has over 3,000 signatures and am making a film with Jack Cox on the subject. Recently myself and other concerned residents have formed the group 'Protect Sacred Avalon'. We are concerned to safeguard and protect the sacred sites and people of Avalon.
