One morning, Lara Brennan (Elizabeth Banks) is a a working professional. The next, she’s in handcuffs and accused of murdering her boss after a heated argument. Witnesses place her at the scene, and her fingerprints are on the weapon. The case looks airtight. Her husband, John (Russell Crowe), refuses to accept it and for 3 years, fights to prove her innocence, but the evidence never budges. Nothing clears her name. And as the days turn into years, the separation from her son begins to break Lara down.

That’s when John makes a choice. If the system won’t set her free, he will. What follows is a desperate, methodical plan—researching every angle, studying every detail until he’s ready to do the unthinkable: break her out of prison.

Action August revs up with 2001's Gone in 60 Seconds!

In exchange for his little brother's life (Giovanni Ribisi), the reformed car thief, Randall "Memphis" Raines (Nicolas Cage), has to do the impossible: in 72 hours, steal not one, but 50 exotic supercars for the ruthless crime lord, Ray Calitri (Christopher Eccleston).

To stand a chance of pulling off this intricate and time-sensitive grand theft auto, once more, Memphis has to rely on his old gang, including his knowledgeable mentor, Otto (Robert Duvall) and his reluctant ex-girlfriend, Sway, (Angelina Jolie) and a band of tech-savvy young thieves.

Armageddon begins Action August 2025 and what a start!

After a catastrophic meteor shower destroys the Space Shuttle Atlantis and devastates parts of the world. NASA discovers that a Texas-sized asteroid is on a collision course with Earth, threatening global extinction in 18 days. To prevent this disaster, NASA recruits Harry Stamper (Bruce Willis), the world's best deep-sea oil driller, and his team to plant a nuclear bomb deep within the asteroid. To complicate matters is the blossoming love affair between AJ (Ben Affleck) and Harry's daughter Grace. What is a simple roughneck to do? But after rigorous training and harrowing challenges in space, Harry and his crew face numerous obstacles, including a crash landing and deadly rock storms.
