  • #2 "Where Are You?" - The Question That Still Finds Us
    Feb 15 2026

This honest episode explores the subtle patterns of retreat and spiritual hiding that can surface in our walk with God. Through reflective devotion, listeners are invited to gently examine where they’ve pulled back — and to rediscover the covering and grace God offers even in moments of withdrawal.

🤍 “Where are you?” It’s the first question God asks after the fall — not because He lacked awareness, but because He desired their hearts. In this episode, we uncover why we push away, where fear leads us to hide, and how God still comes near, faithfully calling us by name.

📝 Take time this week to journal. Ask yourself:
Where do I tend to hide?
    – What spiritual disciplines have I neglected?
    – How can I intentionally step back under God’s covering?

If this blessed you, share it with someone who might be in that same ‘pushing away’ season.

Until next time… stay covered, stay close, and keep pressing forward.

  • #1 She Believed He Could — And He Still Can
    Feb 2 2026

    👋🏽 Hey everyone,

    It’s been a while.
The last full episode of She Believed He Could aired in 2022—and so much has changed since then.

Life has shifted. I’ve grown. And God has been doing quiet, faithful work in the background.

What I once thought was a pause, I now see was preparation.
Not wasted time. Not silence. But shaping.

And now, I’m finally ready to press forward—
not with perfection, but with purpose.

🎙 She Who Believed is back.
    A new season.
    A deeper faith.
The same belief that He still can.

Thank you for being here, for waiting, and for walking this journey of faith with me. I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

    🙏🏽 Keep pressing forward.

    Heart first,

    Keanna

  • Pressing Forward into 2026: Faithful, Not Rushed
    Jan 24 2026

Choosing faithfulness over speed and trusting God to finish what He started.

As I step into 2026, pressing forward isn’t about rushing—it’s about remaining. Drawing from James 1:4, this episode reminds us that perseverance has a purpose. God uses delays, stretching seasons, and unanswered prayers not to diminish us, but to mature and complete us.

Pressing forward means trusting God’s process when progress feels slow, choosing obedience when the outcome isn’t clear, and believing that God is forming depth, not just delivering relief. When we allow perseverance to finish its work, we discover that nothing in our lives is wasted when surrendered to Him.

This episode invites you to stay rooted, keep saying yes, and trust that when God completes His work in you, you won’t be lacking anything you need for what’s next.

  • Where I’ve been, Response to God, Church Hurt, Morning Devotional, Focusing Forward
    Mar 1 2025

Hey girl, hey!! It's been way too long.

But before we get into all of the things, I wanted to preface the podcast with a previously recorded morning devotional. (Recorded 04/02/24)

Believing Bigger: Unleash Your Faith by Marshawn Evans Daniels

This is a raw and real response to God after running from what and who didn't work in my life. It's a realization that I refused to accept: Denying God.

Keep listening... as I reveal more about this!

On another note, I've been reflecting on the podcast and my desire to return to it—understanding that the Lord encourages me to start anew. I yearn for community and accountability, knowing that I need to hold myself accountable for the commitments I previously made.

I realize now that it’s crucial to differentiate between solitude and isolation.

While solitude can be temporary and conditional, isolation can become a place of hopelessness. Let’s focus on being mindful that our situations can change at a moment’s notice, and never lose sight of seeking hope.

As I seek God with a heart of grace while starting this new chapter, I trust that help will be along the way.

Let’s commit to releasing our past and returning with renewed vigor and faith.

But until next time (very soon) girlfriend, holllaaaaa!!

  • Change is inevitable, Growth is optional | Morning Devotional: Psalm 46:1-3 | Girl, Never Give Up!
    Mar 1 2024

Hey girl, hey! Welcome or welcome back to the podcast. I am your host Keanna!
I am so grateful to be back before you on the mic and sharing the goodness of Gods word. It’s been a long while without a consistent upload schedule or an episode period. But like many should say, “New Year, New Beginnings!” as we are all blessed to ring in each new year.

#PRESSPLAY as we openly discuss my thoughts on change and what that will look like here within the podcast, a deep dive into a morning devotional and scripture passage, and the revelation that is revealed.

<3 Morning Devotional: “I am with you and for you. When you decide on a course action that is in line with my will, nothing in Heaven or on earth can stop you. You may encounter many obstacles as you move toward your goal, but don’t be discouraged — never give up!”

  • Bonus: 2022 Most Played Episode
    Jan 3 2023

HEY GIRL, HEY!! HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Let's run it back to the most-played episode of 2022. But before we do, it is truly something to celebrate the birth of someone or something, but to celebrate the death of something [not in the occurrence] but in its passing.

Passing of old habits, thought processes, mindsets, belief systems, and more.

Thanking God that old things do pass away. 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone's in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!" (NIV)

[New Things: spiritual awakenings bring a new life] Here is Episode 60: "This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine" - This hymn is a wonderful way to introduce and teach young ones (and old ones) about faith and confidence in Jesus!

Cheers to walking into 2023 with faith and confidence in our Lord and savior.

Isaiah 55:8-9 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."
