Remind Yourself of the Power Within..

There are moments when our problems look enormous. We feel unequipped, lacking the skills or strength to deal with them. The opposition feels overwhelming. We feel stuck, defeated.

Sometimes, even our strongest determination and best efforts may not be enough. In those moments, we must turn inward and upward—trusting that only God can give us the strength we need.

Faith is key. When we carry negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, we may unknowingly block the divine strength that’s already within us. It's not that we lack the power—it's that we’ve disconnected from it.

Let’s pause and check in with ourselves. Are we holding on to doubt, fear, or a negative mindset? Recognizing and releasing these can open the way for God’s support to flow through us.

Think back to those times you thought you couldn’t make it—but you did. Those victories are proof that you are capable. You are strong. And that power didn’t come from you alone—it was a divine gift.
