The talks will center on Hezbollah and cementing a lasting peace between the two nations. Overnight, millions of Israelis sought shelter after Hezbollah launched a missile toward Ashdod and Tel Aviv, and also fired multiple rockets toward civilian communities along Israel's northern border.
