Mr. Cruel was a particularly scary man who was breaking into homes in the 80’s and 90’s to abduct, rape, assault, harm, young girls. This case is a little graphic and hard to handle with it having mentions of children, but it is a case that NEEDS talked about and solved. The families need closure.
