It's time to get in your jammies because we're off to another SPOOKY SLEEPOVERRR!

This week Cheryl and Nikki are not on their A game. Nikki is knackered and Cheryl has eventually caught the dreaded flu that Nikki kindly gifted to her in the studio. But Nikki managed to go to a gig and get blocked by two of the tallest men in history so she's devised some new rules for gig-go-er's to stick to, to make it better for all involved.

Then the girls fall down their rabbit holes.

This week Cheryl is still on her nostalgia kick. She's kicking it old school with Jamie Oliver and his turkey twizzlers.

Nikki is getting into the walls this week but not because of Phrogging...she's investigating termites and finding out a fact about their queen which will blow your mind!
