It's a comic-book style, campy, short sci-fi story from 1947. It's fun and funny. It's camp in the sci-fi conventions of the day. Murray Leinster was a pen name of William Fitzgerald Jenkins. He wrote hundreds and hundreds of short stories in the sci-fi genre. It's not Philip K. Dick or Isaac Asimov. Let this be your introduction to Leinster's huge library, and if you love it there is so much more to enjoy! You'll be in good company.
