Building shelters to protect individuals and their families from emergency situations has become extremely popular in the United States.

There is something to be said about the gradual acquiring of knowledge about survival and how it applies to how we live our lives. So I’ve taken that approach in this book - starting with morals, principles, and the spiritual aspects of survival, to the practical knowledge, and then how that information can be generalized to most situations.

When I decided to write this book, I collected many disparate sources of anti-gravity research and the contributions of possible alien anti-gravity information. The stories of anti-gravity usage in flying craft goes back thousands of years to the stories of Vimanas from ancient Indian texts. There are also a number of aeronautical and space ships which have been built possibly using anti-gravity technologies. These crafts are listed and described here, too. Finding technological methods of defying gravity will have incredible implications for space travel.

In this book I present the listener with four sources of proof that aliens and UFOs have been on the Earth for not only thousands, but millions of years. The first source is about giants existing on this Earth not only thousands, but millions of years ago. It was before humanity existed. Giant footprints have been found in stone in many cases, which is strong evidence that alien giants existed back then, who walked the Earth. I hope you enjoy the evidence collected here, and if you are already knowledgeable about this subject, maybe you will find something new.

In this book, you will hear about many different researched cases of people visiting both the past and the future. From the evidence, this seems to be a much more common occurrence than was previously thought. There is also a chapter on theories of how these phenomena might exist. That these might be a type of paranormal experience and/or involve existing time warps. The world is truly much stranger than we can even imagine.

There are many books on UFOs and aliens but most are about those in the air or over the land. However, you might not be aware that there are also many UFO sightings underwater, or over water. There are even some strong claims of UFO and/or alien bases underwater. Over 71 percent of the surface of the Earth is covered in water, much of which is in the Earth’s oceans. So it makes sense that aliens visiting Earth would hide in the water or even build bases there.

Man’s climb from animals to modern humans is closely related to the usage of fire. We would probably not have survived through history without the command of fire.

I was curious about the reality of many claims over the centuries of sea serpents or large ocean monsters, so I thought I’d research this subject myself. There were many amazing stories, such as the giant whale which attacked a ship in the 19th century. This event was the reason Herman Melville wrote the book Moby Dick. There are many records of giant fish and serpents in the water. The question is which of these have some basis in reality. In this book, I tried to do some comprehensive research on the giants of the deep. I hope you find this interesting.

There is great interest out there in what people can do to improve their longevity. I’ve been writing books about longevity for 14 years and I realized there was one topic I had not covered in detail: the foods and supplements that we can take which will help make us healthy enough to lengthen our lives. Improving individual longevity is not just about foods and supplements. There are a lot of factors which all affect longevity. My own experience has also evolved as I continue to self-publish new books and gain more experience with additional sales channels. There are many books available to tell you how to make money and have fun writing your own book. However, many of these books become out of date quickly as the market evolves.

The thesis of this book is that there was a civilization of intelligent beings existing on Earth over 300 million years ago. I previously collected information to write two books on out of place artifacts (OOPAs) and a book on Giants which evidence shows lived on this Earth millions of years ago. While writing my book titled The History of Intelligent Life On Earth: Millions of Years Ago till Present and generating a timeline on ancient OOPAs found around the Earth, I found an interesting pattern.

I’m also a Reiki healer and have experimented a lot with vital forces and different healing methods. In looking at all the books available on this topic I saw a lot focusing on the spiritual aspects and some focused on chakra usage or Reiki healing. What I didn’t see was an overview and history of the whole topic to help people understand how spiritual and energy healing developed and how it fits into the science and medicine of today. There is also a need to see how spiritual and energy healing integrates with other medicines to improve a person’s long term health.

There are legends of little people all over the world. Even more interesting is that a race of very small people, who were close to three feet tall, were uncovered recently in Indonesia. This race is called the Flores Man, and was of a similar size to the beings in many of the legends of the little people.
