This audiobook is about things I’ve learned along the way to knowing my true nature as consciousness or the boundless. Some of the topics in the audiobook I learned through working with people as a psychotherapist. Clients would come in with concerns or questions, and we would grapple with them together. Out of this grappling would sometimes come a new understanding that would be helpful to both of us. Other subjects I have written about have come to me through insights I’ve had listening to teachers, or just being quiet on a retreat.

From the Heart of Boundless explores many concepts that when held as beliefs can get in the way of truly living as boundless. I try to dispel beliefs that distort the truth, and to simplify others that may seem unnecessarily complex. Boundless began with a letter I wrote to my email list describing a shift that had just happened. The writing flowed effortlessly and made me want to write about other topics that had been helpful to me on my journey.
