Nugly

The one thing Nugget, a cute puppy, has ever known to do is love, and his cuteness has always been enough for others to love him back. But when Nugget is put up for adoption, he thinks it's because no one loves him anymore—that he isn't cute anymore. So he does the only thing he can think of: he runs away. Now Nugget is alone on the streets of Boston, where he quickly learns that not everyone is kind. After an unfortunate run-in with another animal leaves him disfigured, he can't rely on his cuteness to get by like he used to.

If there's one thing Smiley, a young Pit bull, knows how to do, it's, well ... smile! She's had her infectious smile since she can remember, and it brings everyone around her—including herself!—joy.

Stanley, an incredibly friendly black Labrador Retriever, wants nothing more than to be helpful. There's just one problem—he's just flunked out of service dog school for being too friendly. Charlie, a seventh-grade hockey player, wants nothing more than to be one of the best players in Boston. That'll be tough, though, considering he's just been demoted to the local B-tier team, the Charlestown Bunkeroos, for being too intense on the ice.
